which should include either;
1 skill landing on either the back or the front (e.g. Crash dive or Lazy back or 1 & 3/4 Fs/s etc) AND
1 skill with a minimum of 450º of rotation out of the above front/back landing (e.g. Ball-out, Cody)
OR 1 skill with a minimum of 360º of somersault rotation and360º of twist
Elements cannot be combined to fulfil the above requirements
Examples:
5 x Bs/s or Barani or Fs/s, 1 & 3/4 Fs/s, Barani Ballout, 3 other moves

AND 1 skill with between 360º and 720º of somersault rotation and a minimum of 540º Twist (e.g. Rudi, Ball-out Rudi)
Elements cannot be combined to fulfil the above requirements
Ladies, Mens As per FIG World "A":
10 different elements with a minimum of 270º of somersault rotation
2 of which count for difficulty and must total 2.3 (these elements must be asterisked on your tariff sheet)
The difficulty of these two elements will be added to the execution score
Neither of these elements will be counted for tariff if repeated in the 2nd round routine.

Explanatory Notes
Qualifying scores are calculated using the first two rounds only.
* - Must be at least 7 years of age in the year of the competition ** - Must be at least 9 year of age in the year of the competition † - Including the difficulty value †† - Achieved at previous year's National Championships with required set score
Qualifying scores from Grade 6 to Grade 5, and Grade 5 to Grade 4 are recommended only, to be administered by each division; you can begin at Grade 4 if you wish.
Competitors who achieve the minimum qualifying score twice at Grade 4 are encouraged to progress to the next Grade
although they may continue to compete at Grade 4 until they are confident of progression to Grade 3.
There is no compulsory progression from Grade 3 to Grade 2.
There is no compulsory progression from Grade 2 to Grade 1.
