What size do I order?

Each products has a link to the relevant suppliers' sizing guide which shows the measurements for each size. If you are still not sure which size you need, then please contact us.

How do I exchange my product if they aren't right?

Visit the My order history page in the shopping section. This page lists your orders that were placed whilst logged in using your username (you can also enter your order number to view an order that wasn't placed whilst being logged in using your username).

Once you have found the order click to view the order. On the order details page you can "request a returns number" which will then ask you which items you wish to return and why, and provide you with a returns sheet which you should print and enclose with your return. The returns sheet also shows the address to which you should return your item(s).

You should return your items for a refund and purchase replacements in the shop under a new order unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly. Please aslso note that delivery is not refundable for returns unless the goods are faulty or sent incorrectly.

 

Are all the products available instock?

Most of our product range is available from stock although in certain circumstances, products ordered may not be available straight away. If we don't have it in stock, we will try and arrange for your item to be delivered direct from the manufacturer (we do all the work!) but sometime it will not be available from them directly as the item is being manufactured. If there will be a delay, then we will send you an e-mail so make sure that sales@trampolining-online.co.uk is on your safe-list so ours e-mails don't end up in your spam!

 

What if my item isn't in stock?

We will inform you by phone and e-mail. You can then either wait for it to come in stock, change the delayed item for a different one, have a refund on that item or cancel the whole order and have a refund.

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately delivery is too expensive to make delivering abroad viable so we are unable to deliver outside of the UK.
