What is this section for?

The 'my clubs' section allows members to log into a members only area and view messages, events, competition results etc on a virtual club notice board. You need to be registered with trampolining-online.co.uk and also authorised as being part of a club.

How do I join a club?

There are two ways to join a club, both ways involve both the new member and an administrator giving permission. This makes the system secure and safe and ensures that only real members of the club can access the club area.

1) The administrator uses the 'my club' admin area to send an invite code to the new member. They have to enter an e-mail address ans a few other options, then an e-mail is sent to the new member with a cose and instructions. The new member will then follow the instructions on the e-mail which basically involves clicking on a link in the e-mail or logging in and entering the code in the 'my club' area. They will then be able to view the club's 'my club' area.

2) The new member goes to the 'my club' area and requests to join the club. An e-mail is sent to the main administrator. The new member also appears in a list in the administration panel so that any administrator can log in and authorise (or decline) this new member. When the new member is authorised (or declined) an e-mail is sent to inform them of the decision.

Notice Board - Read messages for the whole club. Only administrators can write messages, simply e-mail your coach and they can add a message for you.

Events - View your clubs social and training dates. Make sure you don't miss a thing. You can even save these events to outlook directly from the website!

Competition Results - View your club's recent competition results.

My Club benefits to Coaches / Administrators

Manage your member's routines - You can access each of you member's routines so that you can create new routines, edit existing routines. This means that you can help your member's prepare a tariff sheet for each competition.

Message board management - Add / remove message from the message board. You can set them to automatically expire, or stay there until they are deleted.

Events management - Add events to the calendar. They will automatically stop appearing in the calendar after they have happened so you don't have to remember to remove them!

E-mail the club - As an administrator, you can e-mail the whole club directly from the website. You can choose whether it goes to just coaches, just pupils or everyone.

Competition results - Any results that are added to trampolining-Online.co.uk and area linked to clubs are available automatically in the 'my clubs' area! Only results that are sent to us can be added to the site so if results from a competition you have been to aren't there, then why don't you send us a spreadsheet of the results?

Send invites - Save the hassle of having to authorise your members, send them an invite. If you send an invite, you don't have to authorise your members when they join your club. You can set the privelages of the invite so you can invite coaches and they will automatically have admin facilities... or not - it is up to you! It may take a few minutes to send out invitations to all your members, but once it is done, just sit back and wait for them to join.

Enhance your website - Use our information in your own website... we have created an easy to use way of adding your club's competition results in your own website. Simply copy and paste a few lines of code into your site and voila, your competition results are available to all!

Competition Entries - When you enter a competition online, you will be able to select from a dropdown list of your club members, and you won't have to type in their details all over again.
