I have been a coach since 1987 and have enjoyed every minute of being part the sport.
My first taste of trampolining was at my school in Daventry. We left there in 1979 and I stopped the sport because there was none in the area of Birmingham we moved to. I then found a place when I was 18 and it carried on from there. This is were I met Andy Jennings and we have been friends ever since.
I also enjoy reading, cooking and the company of my family.
Other sports I like are swimming, climbling (although have not done it for years - except on holiday), hill walking and racket sport.

I first got involved in trampolining when i was in my last year at Comp.
I did gymnastics from 4yrs old until i was 11,so i found trampoling not only enjoyable but quite easy to learn. I found a club in Rugby,Midlands. I bounced for this club right up until i moved to south wales where i set up my own trampolining and gymnastics club(11yrs ago this October) I've been very lucky over the year's the club has grown from strenght to strength,and has had a few gymnasts that have got into welsh squads! At the moment I'm looking into gymmark which i hope will take the club to a new direction.It's quite hard when I've got 8yr old(boy) and 4yr old(girl) to look after as well as lesson plans for Preschool gymnastics,general gymnastics,womens artistic gymnastics but at the end of the day i do it for the love of both sports!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I attained my coaching qualification in August 2006 and have been coaching as much as possible ever since! i volunteer coach for Wellington Whirlwinds and also coach a session for my university club. I have every intention of taking my club coach in the summer so i can coach even more!

Hi I'm dawn. I've been coaching trampolining since 1994 where the local leisure centre paid for my first qualification. I have since then been coaxed into setting up a small recreational club running from a school. The school teacher that had the bright idea has now buggered off to Worcester Uni and left me to it.
Since then the club has GROWN!!! grade 1 competitor in just 2 years.
I'm the head coach and boss. I have recently taken my HPC course so that I can take my performers further (not heard if I've passed yet.)
I hope that my performers will be at the olympics soon (not 2012 cause I want to go somewhere exotic)
