Club Judge

  • Minimum age 15 & Had some trampolining experience
  • Competition Rules, Structure and Procedures.
  • Recording (Individual & Team).
  • Execution judging routines up to a difficulty of 4.0
  • 30 minute theory paper. 60% pass mark on all sections.

County Judge

  • Minimum age 16 & Held Club Judge award for 1 year
  • Judged a minimum of 8 competitions at 3/4/5/6 grade as an Execution Judge.
  • Competition Rules, Recording Synchro.
  • Difficulty judging up to 5.0
  • Execution judging routines up to difficulty level 7.0
  • 1 hour theory paper. 70% pass mark on all sections.

Regional Judge

  • Minimum age 18 & held County Judge award for 1 year. Have full BG membership.
  • Judged a minimum of 10 competitions at 2/3/4/5 grade as a County Judge including 3 as difficulty judge.
  • Competition Rules and Interpretations.
  • Duties of Chair of Judges.
  • Difficulty Judging up to 7.5. Execution judging routines up to a difficulty level of 10.0
  • 1 hour theory paper. 75% pass mark on all sections.

Zonal Judge

  • Minimum age 20 & held Regional award for 1 year.
  • Judged a minimum of 12 competitions at 1/2/3/4 grade as a Regional Judge. Including 2 as difficulty and 2 as Chair of judges, preferably at grades 1 or 2.
  • All competition rules. Be able to resolve situations not mentioned in rules. Knowledge of national competition scheme.
  • Execution judge routines of unlimited difficulty.
  • Difficulty Judge up to 12.0. Synchro Judge unlimited.
  • 1 hour theory paper. 80% pass mark on all sections.

National Judge

  • Judged a minimum of 15 competitions at 1/2/3/4 grade since becoming a Zonal Judge. Including 3 as Chair, 3 as difficulty and 3 as Execution at Grade 1 or 2.
  • All competition rules, including differences between BGA and FIG Trampoline rules. Working knowledge of BGA competition scheme.
  • Execution and Synchro routines of unlimited difficulty. Difficulty judging routines between 11.5 and 14.5 difficulty.
  • 1 hour theory paper. 80% pass mark on all sections.

International Judge

  • Selected from National Judges and approved by the Trampoline Technical Committee. Details of syllabus and examinations are in FIG handbook.
