2. Tuck Jump [tariff: 0.0] - Straight jump with a tuck shape at the top of the bounce

3. Straddle Jump [tariff: 0.0] - Straight jump with a straddle shape at the top of the bounce

4. Pike Jump [tariff: 0.0] - Straight jump with a pike shape at the top of the bounce. Arms should lift/stretch into the move, at the top of th bounce arms come down together infront of the body to meet legs which (at the same time) come up together infront of the body. Hands should touch between knees and toes (ideally at the toes). Arms should then line-out down to the sides ready for landing.

5. Seat landing (Seat drop) [tariff: 0.0] - From feet, landing in seat position on the trampoline

6. to feet (from seat landing) [tariff: 0.0] - from seat position, stand up.

7. Hands and knees drop [tariff: 0.0] - landing on your hands and knees (all at the same time)

8. Hands and knees to front drop [tariff: 0.0] - from hands and knees - stretch legs backwards to land in front drop position

9. Falling plank [tariff: 0.0] - Standing straight with your hands either by your sides, fall backwards on to a mat. DO NOT BEND!

10. Flat Back [tariff: 0.0] - Jump in the air lifting your hips and land flat on your back. Ensure that landing is level.

11. 1/2 Twist Jump [tariff: 0.1] - Feet to feet jump with 1/2 a Twist. Start facing one way, jump to face the other.

12. 1/2 twist to feet (from seat) [tariff: 0.1] - 1/2 twist to feet from seat drop position.

13. Seat swivel (Swivel Hips) [tariff: 0.1] - From a seat drop, forwards half twist to seat drop. The move is carried out as seat drop, half twist to feet, then seat drop iin one move. As the move improves, it should be carried straight.

14. 1/2 twist to seat drop [tariff: 0.1] - From standing, 1/2 twist jump into seat drop

15. Back Drop [tariff: 0.1] - Landing on your back with your legs together, straight and in the air just below vertical

16. Front drop [tariff: 0.1] - Landing flat and straight on your front, finger tips touching each on the trampoline in front of your nose.

17. to feet (from front drop) [tariff: 0.1] - From front drop position, stand up

18. to feet (from back drop) [tariff: 0.1] - from back drop position, stand up (without twisting)

19. Full Twist Jump [tariff: 0.2] - A straight jump with a full twist (finishing the same direction as it started)

20. Hands & knees forward turnover to back [tariff: 0.2] - Starting on Hands and knees, turnover to back going over head.

25. 1/2 twist to front drop [tariff: 0.2] - From feet, 1/2 twist jump into front drop. Note shoulders start of in a (slightly) backward direction, rather than forward direction. Can be thought of as a flat back drop, but turning to front before landing

28. 1 1/2 Twist Jump [tariff: 0.3] -

29. Full twist to back drop [tariff: 0.3] - From feet, full twist landing in back drop position. The move takes of in the same direction as half twist to front drop.

30. 3/4 Front somersault (SL) [tariff: 0.3] - 3/4 front somersault from feet to back landing with straight legs. This means the shape can be either straight or piked.

31. 3/4 front (T) [tariff: 0.3] - (forward turn over) From feet, rotating forwards, land on back.

32. 3/4 Fs/s (S) [tariff: 0.3] - 3/4 front somersault in a straight position. Formerly called a Crash Dive although it should crash or dive!

33. 3/4 Bs/s (S) [tariff: 0.3] - 3/4 back somersault performed straight. This move is also known as a 'Lazy Back'

34. Cradle [tariff: 0.3] - From Back drop - forward half twist to back drop. Two methods of coaching; early twist, the twist comes from the bed and happend shortly after take-off. 2) late twist, twist happens in the air using RMI from tuck or pike shape.

35. Reverse cradle [tariff: 0.3] - From Back drop - half twisting back pull-over landing in backdrop. Also called a Bluish

36. Corkscrew [tariff: 0.3] - From Back drop - 1 & 1/2 twists (forward) to back drop. (Back drop to front drop with 1 & 1/2 twists) landing on back drop

37. Double Twist Jump [tariff: 0.4] - Like a full twist jump, but two whole twists. You should end up facing hte same way as you started.

38. Double Cat-twist [tariff: 0.4] - From back drop, a double twist to back drop (with no somersault)

39. Half twist to crash dive [tariff: 0.4] - Half twist into a 3/4 Front s/s straight. The take-off is similar to half twist to front drop

42. B s/s to seat (T) [tariff: 0.5] - Back somersault landing in seat position

43. Bounce Roll (T) [tariff: 0.5] - From backdrop, a whole somersault landing on back drop (usually forwards) Also known as a dolphin or porpoise

44. B s/s to back drop (T) [tariff: 0.6] - 1 1/4 back somersaults landing in back drop position

45. Triple Cat-twist [tariff: 0.6] - From back landing, three whole twists landing back in back landing.

46. Bounce Roll (S) [tariff: 0.6] - From backdrop, a whole somersault landing in back drop (usually forwards) showing a straigh phase in the middle. Could be thoughtof as a crash dive but from back drop

47. Barani (SL) [tariff: 0.6] - Front somersault from feet (to feet) with a half twist at the end, with straight legs. This move can be performed either straight or piked.

48. Front s/s (P) [tariff: 0.6] - Front s/s in piked position

49. Front s/s (S) [tariff: 0.6] - Front s/s in straight position. This is a relatively hard move to do!

50. Back s/s (P) [tariff: 0.6] - Back s/s in a piked position

51. Back s/s (S) [tariff: 0.6] - Back s/s in a straight position

52. Barani (T) [tariff: 0.6] - Front s/s with a half twist (at the end). The twist is initiated as the tuck shape kicks out

53. Barani (P) [tariff: 0.6] - Front s/s with a half twist. The twist is initiated as the pike shape kicks out

54. Barani (S) [tariff: 0.6] - Front s/s with a half twist in a straight position.

55. Cody (T) [tariff: 0.6] - 1 & 1/4 back s/s from front drop position - usually done after a 'lazy back'

56. Ball out (T) [tariff: 0.6] - From back drop position, 1 & 1/4 front s/s to feet

57. Cody (S) [tariff: 0.7] - 1 1/4 Bs/s from front landing (to feet). Usually done from a lazy back

58. Ball-out Barani (T) [tariff: 0.7] - From back drop position, 1 & 1/4 front somersault in tucked shape with a half twist at the end. This move used to be called barani ball out, but the name was changed to re-enforce the fact that the twist (barani) is at the end. (An early twisting ball out barani is called a baby flif)

59. Ball Out Barani (P) [tariff: 0.7] - From back drop position, 1 & 1/4 front somersault in piked shape with a half twist at the end. 60. Ball out Barani (S) [tariff: 0.7] - From back drop position, 1 & 1/4 front somersault in straight shape with a half twist at the end. 61. Full twisting bounce roll (T) [tariff: 0.7] - From a back drop position, front s/s to backdrop with a full twist. (This move could be thought of as back drop full twist to feet and crashdive in one move)

63. Ball out (S) [tariff: 0.7] - From back drop position, 1 & 1/4 front s/s to feet

64. Full twisting back s/s (T) [tariff: 0.7] - Back somersault with a full twist This move would ideally be done straight, but a tucked full can be a useful progression. The twist is initiated from RMI twist when the tuck shape kicks out

65. Full twisting back s/s (P) [tariff: 0.7] - Backwards somersault with a full twist This move would ideally be done straight, but a tucked full can be a useful progression. The twist is initiated when the pike shape kicks out

66. Full twisting back s/s (S) [tariff: 0.7] - Back somersault with a full twist The twist is initiated either from the bed, or from tilt twist in the air in the more advanced performer

67. Full twisitng Front s/s (T) [tariff: 0.7] - Full twisting front somersault in a tuked position. The twist is generated from the 'kick-out'. This is usually a progression for a Rudi however it is ocasionally used in a routine to satisfy requirements at grade 2.

68. Full twisting Front s/s (P) [tariff: 0.7] - Full twisting front somersault in a piked position. The twist is generated from the 'kickout'. This is more of a progression for a Rudi than a move although it is sometimes competed at grade 2 to satisfy requirements.

69. Full twisting Front s/s (S) [tariff: 0.7] - Front twisting front somersault. Whilst this is primarily a progression for learning a Rudi, it is sometimes competed at grade 2 to satisfy the requirements for a full twisting smersault when the cometitor can't yet perform a full twisting back s/s. This isn't a normal move to put ion a routine as the landing it blind and unstable.

70. Rob Roy [tariff: 0.7] - 2 & 1/2 twists from back drop landing in back drop

71. Baby fliff (t) [tariff: 0.7] - (Full name baby fliffus) 1 & 1/4 front sommersaults to feet from back drop with an early 1/2 twist. Like Barani ball out, but the twist happens at the start, instead of at the end. Baby Flif can be thought of as a cradle then back pull-over in one move.

72. Rudi (T) [tariff: 0.8] - (Full name Rudolph) Front somersault with 1 & 1/2 twists

73. Rudi (P) [tariff: 0.8] - (Full name Rudolph) Front somersault with 1 & 1/2 twists in the piked poosition.

74. Rudi (S) [tariff: 0.8] - (Full name Rudolph) Front somersault with 1 & 1/2 twists

75. 1 & 3/4 Front s/s (T) [tariff: 0.8] - 1 & 3/4 front sommersault landing in backdrop position. Can be thought of as front sommersault then crashdive all in one move.

76. 1 & 3/4 Front s/s (P) [tariff: 0.9] - 1 & 3/4 front sommersault landing in backdrop position. Can be thought of as front sommersault then crashdive all in one move.

77. Rudi Ball-out [tariff: 0.9] - From back drop - 1 1/4 front somersault to feel with 1 1/2 twists

78. Double Full (S) [tariff: 0.9] - Back somersault with 2 full twists

79. Double bounce roll (T) [tariff: 1.0] - From back drop position, double front somersault landing in back drop position again.

80. Randi (S) [tariff: 1.0] - (Full name Randolph) Front somersault with 2 & 1/2 twists

81. Double back s/s (T) [tariff: 1.0] - Double back somersault tucked

82. Half in (back out) (T) [tariff: 1.1] - Double front somersault tucked with a half twist in the first somersault - also called barani in back

91. Half in (Back out) (P) [tariff: 1.3] - Double front somersault piked with a half twist in the first somersault - also known as barani in back

Because tariff is not awarded for twist AND shape, this move could be performed with the first s/s piked and the second straight with no loss in tariff also making it slightly easier.

99. (Back in) full out (P) [tariff: 1.4] - Double back s/s with a full twist in the second. The second sommersault can be done piked or straight without affecting the tariff as you can't have tariff for twist and shape

100. (Back in) full out (S) [tariff: 1.4] - Double back s/s with a full twist in the second. The first s/s can be done piked or straight without affecting the tariff as you can't have tariff for twist and shape. Doing the first s/s piked will make it easier to initiate the twist.

101. Half in rudi out (T) [tariff: 1.4] - Double back somersault with half twist in the first somersault and 1 & 1/2 twists in the second. Although the move is backward rotaqtion, because there is a half twist at the start, most of the move has forward rotation.
