Trampolining - Conditioning - Help!

The conditioning section of the website is designed for coaches to create a conditioning programme for groups or individuals. Simply select the moves you want to include, enter the reps & sets and print it!

Creating a Programme for yourself
Simply search for an exercise, and add it to you programme. You will see the moves in the programme, you can enter how many reps should be done in each set and also how many sets should be done. When you change the reps or sets, you should click the Save/Update button to save the changes.

You should also give your conditioning programme a name and click the "Update name..." button

You need to be logged in to save your programme, otherwise they will be lost when you leave this site. If you have not registered yet, then register now so that you can save your programme.

Creating a Programme as a coach for your pupils
Starting with an empty programme, create a programme as above for you pupil. Once you have created the programme, you can then save in to one of your pupils' profile. You can create more than one programme, so alternatively, you can keep them in your profile and simply save them with different names.
